Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate applicable law or regulations.
• Do not infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Do not interfere with the security or performance of the service.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle. Fees and taxes are your responsibility. Free trials, when offered, are subject to the separate Free Trial Terms.

4. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your customer data. You grant ATCheckin a limited license to process that data only as needed to provide the services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. SMS and Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining all legally required consent before sending messages through the platform. You must comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and other applicable laws, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

ATCheckin owns the service, software, and related content. These terms do not grant rights to use ATCheckin trademarks or branding except as expressly authorized.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATCheckin disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

ATCheckin may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or for other lawful business reasons. Terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
