Customer Checkin

Ask customers to check in with their phone numbers at the @checkin storefront kiosk.

Checkout

After nail technicians provide service to customers, on the @checkout tablet, tap the customer’s name, nail technician’s name, and select the services from the menu to finish checkout.

Feedback Request

Shortly after the customers’ visit, @checkin will send a message to the customer asking to rate their experience.

Better Reviews on Google

@checkin will encourage great reviewers to submit their feedback to your Google Business Review page. All other feedback can be managed internally.

Rewards and Promotions

@checkin will track and send reward promotions and birthday promotions to customers and get them to come back.
